HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
DOMESTIC ORDERS
To place an order within the USA, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and click "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. Proceed through the Checkout steps to finalize your order. When your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Moreschishoes.com offers two methods of placing your international order.

Option#1: Paypal
To place an international order by Paypal, you simply need a registered Paypal account.

To place your order, contact us and let us know what items you would like to order and where you need them shipped. Please note, we can only ship to your registered Paypal address. We will confirm the most affordable shipping option for you and estimated transit time, and send you a Paypal invoice which lists your order details and total, you can pay this invoice through your Paypal account. We can ship via USPS Express Mail to most countries, which has a delivery estimate of 3-5 days. Once payment is received your order will ship promptly. After your order ships you will receive a tracking number to track your order progress.

Option#2: International Checkout
MoreschiShoes.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout (http://www.internationalcheckout.com/), to fulfill orders for our valued international customers. International orders placed through International Checkout can be made using international credit cards, Paypal, or bank wire transfers. Shipping options and shipping rates offered by International Checkout are visible when you checkout using the "International Checkout" link from our shopping cart.

International Checkout will process your payment and guarantee delivery of your MoreschiShoes.com merchandise.

The order process is simple:

2. When you are ready to Checkout, from the shopping cart page, click the "International Checkout" button (located just below the "Checkout" button)

Moreschishoes.com ships around the globe. Please contact us for a shipping quote based upon the destination country of your order. Please see our international ordering section for more information on how to place an international order.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that orders ship within 7-10 days from when you place your order. All domestic order ships via our FREE Express Mail option, which means you will receive your package the next day after it ships.

For international orders, the transit time of your order will be based upon the shipping method you select after you get a shipping quote from us. For your reference, International Express Mail typically takes 3-5 days to reach the destination country, while International Priority Mail takes 6-10 days. Please note that there are occasionally customs clearance delays for packages that reach your country that are out of our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been shipped you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email which will contain a tracking number, that you can use to track your package. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For international customers who place their order through International Checkout, you will receive order tracking information directly from International Checkout.
TAXES
There is NO SALES TAX on orders placed through MoreschiShoes.com, with the exception of those orders placed within the state of Texas.

Texas residents will be charged the normal in-state sales tax rate of 8.25%.

For international orders, although MoreschiShoes.com does not charge sales tax on these orders, your country may charge you import duty taxes on your order. All international customers are responsible for the import duty taxes charged to them by their country. For questions regarding import duty fees you may be charged by your country, please contact your country's Customs Department.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return or exchange, if one is necessary.

Please note that for all returns and exchanges you must contact us to receive return instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be returned in their original condition, in original packaging, including shoe dust covers and all tags. MoreschiShoes.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Shoes returned with any scratches or scuffs, or excessive creasing in the vamp will not be accepted.

Please note that not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Some sales and closeout items may not be eligible. Any items not eligible for return or exchange will be noted as such on the product page for that item.
